Job Overview:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representative to become part of our team! In this role, you will support customers by addressing their shopping needs and ensuring a seamless, enjoyable shopping experience. Your duties will include operating the register, organizing merchandise, managing inventory, and keeping the store clean and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service and be comfortable working with a cash register.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow all safety and loss prevention guidelines

Handle payments, including cash and credit cards

Process receipts, returns, and exchanges

Take ownership of stocking shelves, managing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness

Support sales efforts by participating in company-driven promotions and product initiatives

Continuously expand product knowledge to offer the best recommendations and advice to customers

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong reading, writing, and communication skills

Familiarity with sales strategies and customer service best practices

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling transactions

Flexible schedule and a willingness to adapt to changing needs

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
