Job Description - Sales Representative

As a team member, you'll sell jobs, manage inbound sales calls, and acquire new customers through personal contacts and community networking groups. You'll receive incoming calls and respond to emails professionally and courteously, price jobs and services, and complete office administration tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sell jobs and manage inbound sales calls

Schedule service appointments for customers

Talk to customers and prospects on the phone

Speak with customers about additional services

Acquire new commercial and residential customers through personal contacts and community networking groups

Receive incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner

Price jobs/services and write up estimates

Monitor and transfer office calls and emails

Complete office administration tasks

REQUIREMENTS

Prior sales experience is a plus

Must have reliable transportation to go to and from work

Customer service oriented

Technically savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Suite

Must be social media proficient

Experienced with excellent communication and phone skills

Business casual dress and appearance

Ability to pass a drug and background check
