About the Role:

If so, the Wayne Klassen Agency LLC, partnered with American Family Insurance in Castle Rock, CO, is looking for a passionate Sales Representative to join our team.

What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll combine your sales expertise with outstanding customer service skills to help clients find insurance solutions tailored to their needs. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base while strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts.

Conduct engaging client consultations to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.

Prepare and present competitive quotes to potential customers.

Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional post-sale support.

Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and local market opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: At least one year of sales experience, with skills in cold calling, networking, and presentations.

Licensing: A Property and Casualty insurance license is a plus, but we’ll help you obtain it after joining our team.
