Sales Representative

All In Marketing Group is a sales and marketing firm in the Memphis area seeking motivated individuals to join our retail sales team as Sales Representatives. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing while working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

As a Sales Representative, your focus will be new customer acquisition and brand expansion for our clients within major retail environments. You’ll engage directly with customers, build relationships, and help drive sales success—developing essential business skills along the way.

Sales Representatives Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers in retail settings to educate them about our clients' products and services.

• Drive sales and meet or exceed targeted goals through effective client representation and product promotion.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and retail personnel.

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to refine product knowledge, sales techniques, and leadership skills.

• Uphold company policies and compliance standards during all customer interactions.

Experience/ Requirements:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required—we provide comprehensive training.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.

• A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on retail demands.
