Who You Are:

• A natural persuader with the confidence and charisma to win face-to-face
   
• You have 2+ years of proven in-home sales experience, with numbers to back it up
   
• You’re highly self-motivated, driven by results, and unfazed by long days on the road
   
• You thrive in fast-paced environments where performance is rewarded
   
• You’re comfortable traveling up to 120 miles from your home base — you’re a true Road Warrior
   
• You value professionalism, process, and follow-through
   

What You’ll Do:

• Run pre-scheduled, high-intent sales appointments with homeowners
   
• Deliver compelling, in-home presentations of our exclusive Tiffany Marble™ bath systems
   
• Educate customers on our products, process, and Guaranteed Forever™ warranty
   
• Close deals through relationship building, needs analysis, and value-based selling
   
• Track leads and performance in our CRM and report directly to Sales Management
   
• Represent the Champion Bath™ brand with energy, professionalism, and pride
