What you’ll be doing:
You'll meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to introduce them to the benefits of switching to clean, renewable energy. Don’t worry — we’ll train you! You just need the right mindset and motivation to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-arranged consultations with homeowners, providing insights into the benefits of energy solutions.
• Address any questions or concerns homeowners may have about energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process, establishing trust and helping them transition to clean energy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through networking and referrals.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay informed about industry advancements and best practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and foster trust with potential clients.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in customer engagement or consulting is preferred but not required.
