Sales Representative

Requirements

• Must have Sales experience
  
• Must have a driver’s license and vehicle
  
• Must be comfortable interacting face-to-face with clients.
  
• Must be enthusiastic and customer service oriented.
  
• Must be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
  
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Must be able to handle, lift, and climb ladders.
  
• Must have the physical ability to stoop or crawl into attic spaces.
  
• Experience using basic tools or willingness to learn.
  
• Independent nature, self-discipline, and excellent time management skills (representatives create and manage their own work schedule).
  
• Must be computer literate and updated with current programs: OUTLOOK, MICROSOFT, COMMUNICATION PLATFORMS SUCH AS SLACK, AND ESTIMATING AND CRMs
  
• Must have a smartphone capable of taking pictures/videos during home inspections.
  
• Roofing experience is a plus, but not a necessity
  
• Door to Door Sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity
  

• High School or equivalent (Preferred)
