Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

Picture this: you’re on-site at one of our partner locations, talking with customers who already have windshield damage. Instead of selling the “what if,” you’re providing an easy solution. You’ll walk them through scheduling their replacement with one of our certified technicians, making the process fast, convenient, and stress-free.

You’ll be:

• Sparking conversations and connecting with people all day
• Educating customers about their insurance benefits
• Helping them schedule appointments on the spot
• Crushing sales goals and taking home serious commission

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of sales, retail, or customer-facing experience
• Outgoing personality—you’re not shy about starting a conversation
• Comfort on your feet (this isn’t a desk job!)
• Competitive drive—you love to win and exceed targets
• Strong communication skills and basic tech know-how
• A valid driver’s license
