As a Sales Team Member, you’ll focus on new sales by turning inbound leads into happy, long-term customers. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice helping homeowners realize a beautiful and safe outdoor environment. 

Your day-to-day will include:

• Creating accurate, timely quotes for prospective customers
  
• Calling prospective customers to discuss their property needs and our services, and following up on quotes to close sales
  
• Managing your sales pipeline and maintaining CRM integrity
   

What We’re Looking For:

• An eager and proactive learner, excited to grow their skills and take on new challenges 
• A desire to help customers achieve their property dreams
  
• Several years of B2C sales experience preferred, but not required
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Comfortable using technology and maintaining CRM records
  
• No lawn care experience needed — we’ll teach you everything you need to know
