Job Description - Sales Representative

Job Overview:

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, engaging with homeowners to promote and sell our premium home services. This role requires enthusiasm, resilience, and exceptional communication skills to build trust and drive sales. You’ll have the opportunity to hone your salesmanship, negotiation, and persuasion skills while earning competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach to generate leads and close sales for home services.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our services, tailoring pitches to meet customer needs and overcome objections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to foster trust and repeat business.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong salesmanship, with a passion for connecting with people and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities to address objections and drive conversions.
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required – we provide training for the right candidates!
