Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Conduct thorough presentations of our roofing services and solutions to customers.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels and networking events.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic understanding of roofing systems and building processes.
