Ourisman Ford Lincoln of Alexandria—one of the area’s most established and fastest-growing dealerships—is expanding our team and looking for motivated, high-energy professionals to join our Sales department. Whether you have years of experience or are new to sales, we are seeking individuals who are driven, customer-focused, and eager to grow their careers in the automotive industry. Sales Responsibilities 




  • Approach, greet, and assist customers on the showroom floor and lot




  • Handle incoming internet and phone leads promptly and professionally




  • Set appointments and guide customers through the online and in-store buying process




  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and actively listening




  • Confidently present vehicles and clearly explain their features, benefits, and options




  • Build rapport and create a memorable customer experience




  • Learn to overcome objections and successfully close sales




  • Report opportunities, follow-up progress, and customer needs to management




Requirements




  • Valid driver’s license




  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written




  • Energetic, positive, professional, outgoing, and self-motivated with strong objection-handling skills




  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment




  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)




  • Must be willing to complete a background check




  • Sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required




  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
