Sales Representative

At Rueter’s Equipment, we’re on an exciting growth trajectory! With over 70 years of experience, our family-owned business proudly serves the construction and agriculture industries, offering top-tier equipment from brands like Case IH, New Holland, Kubota, Hyundai, and JCB.

We are currently seeking a preferred bilingual (English/Spanish) Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting our diverse customer base and requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales success.

Your Role:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:

• Generate profitable revenue through the sale and rental of new and used ag and construction equipment
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships within your assigned territory
• Use our CRM system and market data to prioritize outreach and close deals

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of success in outside or inside sales, construction equipment
• Skills: Strong communication, self-motivation, and organizational abilities
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
• Technical: Proficient in CRM systems and office software
• Language Requirement:

Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is preferred due to frequent communication with Spanish-speaking customers
 

Work Environment:

• 80% field-based, 20% office-based
• Local day travel is routine; occasional overnight trips may be required
• Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions
