Sales Representative

Fast growing Water, Fire & Mold Mitigation and Restoration Company located in Baltimore is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team.

Summary of Essential Duties:

The Sales Representative is responsible various  functions including but not limited to, building relationships with plumbers, selling our services,  holding breakfast and/or lunch meetings, gathering job related information, updating job referral sources in PSA, our CRM system.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully one must be able to perform each essential duty to satisfaction. The requirements listed below will represent the knowledge and skill to perform such duties.;

o The ability to handle stressful situations

o Mitigation industry experience strongly preferred 

o Possess a high school diploma or higher education
o Strong Customer Service skills
o Construction/Repairs experience is a plus
o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to think and reason strategically
o Must be self motivated
o Detail oriented and able to multitask
o Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office
o Bilingual is a plus
o Must be able to pass background check and random drug tests

Competitive salary plus commissions.  Salary based on experience.
