Sales Representative

Elk Grove Ford is looking for enthusiastic, motivated Sales Representatives who are ready to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry. Whether you have years of sales experience or are just getting started, we welcome all levels of experience — we will train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience
• Maintain product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
• Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and manage your sales pipeline
• Work collaboratively with teammates, sales managers, and finance staff
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

• Any prior sales, customer service, or retail experience welcomed
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold and Manufacturer Approvability.

The Monthly Estimated Earnings Range is $4,017.00 - $13,225.00.
