Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective students through consultative sales approaches

• Present and explain Skilbridge Academy programs with clarity and confidence

• Assess client needs and recommend suitable training solutions

• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and enrollments

• Meet and exceed established enrollment and revenue targets

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless enrollment process

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities

• Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills

• Professional demeanor and ability to build trust quickly

• Proficiency in basic CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is an asset
