About The Position

As a Sales Representative at Nashville Roofing Solutions, you will engage directly with homeowners, driving sales through effective door-to-door outreach. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting up inspection appointments. As you gain experience in setting appointments we will train you to become an expert in roofing sales. You will receive hands-on training along with the best training material in the business and a paid training period. With a clear path for upward mobility, high-performing sales professionals can earn significant commissions, making this position not only rewarding but also lucrative. You will utilize cutting-edge tools for storm tracking and for customer relationship management, alongside advanced drone technology for roof inspections.

Qualifications

  • Required: Previous sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Preferred: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
  • Required: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Preferred: A desire for continuous learning and personal development.
  • Required: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
