We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support growth within a dynamic packaging solutions environment. This role is responsible for managing a designated sales territory, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate brings a consultative sales approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and grow a defined sales territory through strategic account management and new business development
Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building efforts
Generate profitable sales through consistent engagement with prospective and existing customers, including in-person meetings
Assess customer packaging needs and provide tailored solutions that align with business objectives
Build and execute Key Account Plans for priority accounts to drive long-term growth and retention
Leverage business and financial knowledge to support profitable decision-making and account strategy
Deliver value propositions by aligning customer needs with organizational capabilities and resources
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to meet regional and operational objectives
Travel regularly to customer sites, meetings, and industry events, approximately 50 percent or more
May serve as an account lead, coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Experience in the corrugated packaging or related industry is a plus
Valid driver's license required

COMPENSATION:
In compliance with New York pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this position is $25,000–$130,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
