Job Description - SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Sales Representative

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients find their dream property.

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out and engage potential clients through various channels such as networking events, cold calling, and online platforms

- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our properties to potential clients

- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the properties to interested clients

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Keep up-to-date with the local real estate market trends and competitors

- Negotiate and close sales deals with potential clients

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and after the sale is completed

- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of the local real estate market and competitors

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
