Sales Representative

We are seeking a growth-minded Sales Representative to help our organization continue to record growth. You will have the opportunity to make a significant and direct impact on our clients while achieving your extraordinary financial and professional goals. While applicants with proven sales and leadership success are preferred, we are willing to train entry-level candidates who possess some key characteristics.

Salary range: $51000 - $61000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls with leads. 

• Continuously pursue to improve key selling skills, including building rapport, handling objections, understanding customer needs, and closing sales.

• Prepare clients for enrollment calls, and help clients with the document gathering requirements.

• Build a robust sales pipeline projecting three to four quarters in the future.

• Ensure proper business process and compliance controls.

• Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients and handle complaints or objections. 

• Engage in phone consultation sessions with small business owners and decision-makers, learn about their needs, and recommend the right Small Business products.

• Bachelor's degree –preferred

• 1-2 years of Inside Sales experience

• Proven track record of driving positive results in a cold-call inside sales environment; 

• A track record that demonstrates an exceptional ability to obtain new business or grow existing businesses.

• Able to rapidly acquire and maintain high levels of product and service knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills- can convey messages and points to both clients and other team members

• Goal-oriented and sports-minded
