Sales Representative

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying potential business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and closing sales. Acting as the primary point of contact for prospective customers, this role focuses on deeply understanding client needs, presenting the company’s products or services, and meeting or exceeding established sales targets. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and a results-driven mindset to support overall company expansion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new advertising clients and maintain client relationships
• Promote Restaurant TV advertising, YouTube sponsorships, social media marketing, and event promotion services
• Meet with local businesses and community organizations to present advertising opportunities
• Follow up with leads, proposals, contracts, and payments
• Coordinate with the production and media team regarding client advertising materials and schedules
• Attend community events and networking activities to generate sales leads
• Help grow the company’s advertising and sponsorship revenue

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; strong English communication skills (written and spoken) required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or Media
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving attitude
• Experience in media, advertising, or account management preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

COMPENSATION

• $17.31 per hour, plus commission
