Job Description - Sales Representative

    As a Sales Professional at McGrath Acura of Westmont, you’ll work with a high-energy team in a fast-paced environment where performance is recognized and rewarded. You’ll leverage your automotive knowledge, sales skills, and relationship-building abilities to guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.

    Key Responsibilities



    • Greet and guide customers through the sales process from lot to delivery



    • Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits



    • Provide professional, knowledgeable vehicle presentations



    • Assist customers with sales applications and documentation



    • Build strong rapport and lasting customer relationships



    • Conduct quality follow-up and maintain detailed CRM notes



    • Support management by inspecting and merchandising inventory daily to maximize sales



    What We’re Looking For



    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience



    • Proven track record of success in sales



    • High energy, enthusiasm, and competitive drive



    • Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone



    • Persuasive, confident, and comfortable handling objections



    • Excellent customer service skills



    • Persistent work ethic and team-first mindset



    Education



    • High School Diploma or GED required



    • Associate Degree (A.A.) preferred
