What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the connection between real estate opportunities and investors by:

• Confidently negotiating property terms and pricing
• Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals
• Monitoring daily KPIs to track and improve performance
• Working closely with a driven, results-focused team
• Meeting buyers face-to-face
• Networking in person to expand and strengthen your connections

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Saturday

Job Requirements:

• Previous sales experience
• Comfortable using basic computer software and applications
• Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
• Self-motivated with a positive, growth-focused attitude
• Competitive drive and desire to succeed
• Reliable vehicle for transportation

Pay Structure:

• Commission based income where what you earn will be a direct result of your hard work
