Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative at Bill Hood Chevrolet in Amite, Louisiana. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the fast-paced auto industry.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and assist them in finding the right vehicle
- Provide customers with accurate and detailed information about our vehicles, financing options, and warranties
- Conduct test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership
- Utilize various sales techniques, such as upselling and add-ons, to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our inventory and pricing to assist customers in making informed decisions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments, such as financing and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Attend industry events and training to stay updated on new products and sales techniques

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and trust with customers
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work flexible hours
