The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a motivated, self-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing business. Successful Sales Representatives are confident communicators, proactive prospectors, and trusted advisors who thrive in a consultative sales environment.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and helping organizations improve their workflows through DEX’s innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and target markets.
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community engagement.
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify solutions that align with customer objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to close.
  • Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, business development teams, and support staff to maximize customer success.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM/contact management systems.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Previous B2B sales experience is preferred but not required.
