Sales Representative

Base plus commission

Job description:  Pursue new customer acquisitions within designated market. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new clients. Promote and sell products and services to targeted businesses within the market. Negotiate pricing based on sales goals, product costs and budgetary guidance. Complete follow-up visits with customers to ensure satisfaction. Learn and understand company products and services. Prepare and present sales reports as requested. Adhere to all safety protocols including but not limited to company and OSHA standards. Maintain an organized working environment. Work collaboratively to meet company goals.

Reports to: Sales Manager/General Manager

Requirements: 

•          Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or related field

•          Service and medical industry knowledge preferred

•          Knowledge of local and expanded market area

•          Excellent communication and negotiation skills

•          Strong organizational skills

•          Ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

•          Cold-call potential clients in designated markets

•          Promote and sell company products to targeted businesses

•          Create proposals and schedule meetings with new clients

•          Maintain reports on all sales activities and customer interactions

•          Meet key performance indicators

•          Maintain company-wide DART accident rate at or below 2

•          Other duties as assigned
