Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join ACME Athletics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about helping clients find the right fitness solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in gym, fitness, or high ticket sales and excels at both phone and in-person consultations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in gym, fitness, or high-ticket sales


• Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone


• High-energy, positive, and goal-oriented mindset


• Comfortable handling objections and closing deals


• Ability to work well under pressure and thrive on commission-based pay


• Passionate about fitness, though certification is not required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone and in-person consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate fitness programs


• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients


• Effectively handle objections and close sales to meet and exceed targets


• Follow up with leads and prospects to drive conversions


• Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and client experiences


• Track and report sales metrics, ensuring consistent performance improvement


• Represent ACME Athletics in a professional and enthusiastic manner

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move around during in-person consultations
