Sales Representative / Beauty and wellness

At Formosi, we specialize in the representation of beauty and wellness professionals in SoCal. Our belief is that personal referrals and authentic public relations are the bridge that connects professionals to new customers.

This position is responsible for networking and socializing with beauty and wellness enthusiasts. Our sales approach combines unique marketing techniques with genuine conversations. Upholding company standards, treating each customer as a friend, and hitting your mark are essential for representing our company successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Have a thorough understanding of Formosi steps and procedures for conducting sales
• Learn and adapt to Formosi’s sales process
• Utilize the tools and training provided by Formosi to hit daily sales targets and quota
• Provide an incredible personal experience for customers
• Educate customers on beauty and wellness treatments
• Effectively differentiate services provided by our clients to maximize sales opportunities
• Travel to assigned territory and meeting points during the day
• Have a polished appearance with an eager and positive attitude

Skills Required:

Previous sales experience is good, but not as important as possessing the qualities listed below which are key to success in this role:

• Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a high-intensity sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with management
• Strong ability to collaborate with a team while working independently
• Ability to understand our clients needs so we can help them achieve their goals
• Exceptional and effective communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Must have reliable transportation, cell phone and valid driver’s license
