Sales Representative (Electrical Experience Required)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with an electrical background to join our growing team. If you're a self-starter with a strong knowledge of electrical systems and a talent for closing deals, this is a high-opportunity, commission-only role designed to reward your performance.

Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads in the electrical services sector (commercial or industrial preferred)
• Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and propose solutions
• Provide accurate estimates and close deals with confidence
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain and grow client relationships for repeat business

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical work (licensed preferred)
• Previous sales experience, especially B2B or service-based
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and motivated by results
• Comfortable working on a commission-only compensation structure
• Existing network or client book is a plus
