Commerce Truck & Equipment Sales, the exclusive XCMG Construction Machinery dealer for Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino Counties, is looking for driven sales professional to join our growing team. We are an established dealer located in Norco, CA with over 25 years’ experience selling and repairing Commercial Trucks and Trailers.
What You’ll Do
Drive Sales Growth – Represent Commerce Truck and Equipment in your assigned territory, building strong relationships and closing deals.
Prospect for New Business – Make cold calls to job sites and offices to identify new opportunities.
Be the Product Expert – Stay up to date on all our equipment’s features and benefits.
Know the Competition – Monitor competitor products and market activity, sharing insights with management.
Leverage Our Tools – Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM and follow our proven sales process.
Showcase Equipment – Conduct on-site demonstrations (“Tow and Show”) to highlight performance and value.
Support Customer Success – Offer financing options to help customers reduce ownership costs.
Engage with the Community – Assist with and attend customer events to strengthen relationships.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of proven sales experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong field sales skills, with a track record of driving revenue.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Valid Driver’s License (required).

Earning Potential: Base salary $70,000 – $150,000+ per year, plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
