BCForward is currently looking for Inside Sales Representative Shred-it Web New Business in Chicago, IL  60606

Position Title: Inside Sales Representative Shred-it Web New Business

Location: Chicago, IL  60606

Expected Duration: 3+ months.

Estimated Start Date: 3/25/2024.

Pay Rate: $20/hr.

 

Purpose and Key Job Activities

  • The Inside Sales Representative, Shred-it Web New Business secures new business by selling scheduled and purge Secure Information Destruction and Compliance Service Solutions.
  • In this role you will be responsible for growing revenue and profitability, while meeting or exceeding established annual goals.

 

The Responsibilities

  • Plan and target Call Blocks to action pre-loaded leads throughout the week to demonstrate our capabilities in Secure Information Destruction and Compliance Solutions. Team member must build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Prospecting and business development skills to achieve new business goals and selling scheduled or purge Secure Information Destruction and Compliance Service Solutions (Including: OSHA and HIPAA). Team Member must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of products and services, as well as, the value proposition for customers.
  • Result oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Builds and sustains strong, trusting relationships with new customers.
  • Motivated by success.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

 

Education & Experience

  • Post-secondary education, major in business, sales and marketing preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in business-to-business sales.
  • Have a consultative sale approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter attitude, driven, and motivated.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products, and strong internet skills.
  • Ability to sit for up to eight (8) hours per day.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer.
  • Ability to talk regularly over the phone with customers and co-workers up to eight (8) hours per day.
