We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team! Qualified candidates will specialize in in-home, consultative sales of residential HVAC comfort solutions in the Twin Cities metro, confidently presenting to customers inside their homes. 

This high-demand role is based out of our Minneapolis office and involves daily travel throughout the Twin Cities metro area to conduct face-to-face, in-home sales presentations. For the right candidate, success in this role can lead to greater responsibilities and a growth-oriented career path. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-qualify appointments with homeowners who are prepared to make purchasing decisions – Sales Leads are provided to you!
  • Conduct professional in-home sales presentations, building trust and rapport with homeowners.
  • Evaluate and perform in-home comfort assessments in order to recommend appropriate HVAC solutions, educate customers, and clearly communicate value based on their specific heating and cooling needs. 
  • Qualify and close residential HVAC sales throughout the Twin Cities metro.
  • Prepare estimates, contracts, and surveys for each job.
  • Shifts will include weekdays plus some evening and occasional weekend appointments.

Requirements

  • Proven record of in-home sales, preferably within residential improvement industries.
  • Demonstrated success presenting and closing sales face-to-face in a customer’s home.
  • Experience in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment, with a strong closing record.
  • Results-driven, high integrity and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Essential traits:
    • Self-motivated and accountable
    • Strong qualification, consultative selling and closing skills.
    • Goal-oriented with practical problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Bilingual skills are a plus.
