Job Title: Entry Level Sales Representative (Hybrid Role)

Location: New York, NY | Hybrid (Office attendance required on anchor days)

Position Type: One year contract (with an opportunity to extend or convert to FTE

Experience: At least 6 months of true sales experience (e.g., direct sales, business development). Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a bonus.

Pay: 40 an hour + bonus (based on performance based targets)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team as an Entry Level Sales Representative. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of office attendance on anchor days. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and grow within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and approaches.

  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and concerns.

  • Adapt to clear targeted expectations, which will increase month to month.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of true sales experience, preferably in a similar industry. Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.

  • Constructive mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Ability to thrive in a team dynamic and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel locally if required to meet clients.
