Job Title: Entry Level Sales Representative (Hybrid Role)
Location: New York, NY | Hybrid (Office attendance required on anchor days)
Position Type: One year contract (with an opportunity to extend or convert to FTE
Experience: At least 6 months of true sales experience (e.g., direct sales, business development). Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a bonus.
Pay: 40 an hour + bonus (based on performance based targets)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team as an Entry Level Sales Representative. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of office attendance on anchor days. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and grow within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and approaches.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and concerns.
Adapt to clear targeted expectations, which will increase month to month.
Requirements:
At least 6 months of true sales experience, preferably in a similar industry. Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
Constructive mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to thrive in a team dynamic and contribute to a positive work environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally if required to meet clients.
