Job Description - Sales Representative - MA

Senior Sales Representative – Cardiac Monitoring (Territory-Based in Massachusetts)

Location: Boston Area | Travel: ~50-75% | Full-Time

Join a healthcare innovator at the forefront of cardiac monitoring. We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to help grow our presence in a highly competitive Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) and Long-Term Holter (LTH) market.

This field-based role is perfect for a sales professional with a proven track record in cardiology who thrives on building relationships, navigating the full sales cycle, and consistently exceeding goals.

What You'll Do

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales and test volume targets within your territory
  • Create and evolve a territory-specific business plan to optimize targeting, strategy, and execution
  • Build and strengthen client relationships across physician offices, clinics, and hospitals
  • Secure new accounts, drive product evaluations, and resolve service issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records in Salesforce.com, including call notes and account insights
  • Provide field intelligence on customer needs, competitor trends, and market developments
  • Represent our brand and solutions with excellence and integrity

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 2+ years of successful medical or pharmaceutical sales experience — cardiac or electrophysiology strongly preferred
  • Experience selling service-based healthcare solutions
  • Existing relationships in the cardiology or EP space (preferred)
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time across your assigned territory
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
  • No enforceable non-compete agreements with industry competitors
