Our client delivers turnkey prefab homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and smart POD solutions across California. They manage design, permitting, installation, and inspections through one integrated process.

The company focuses on high-quality, energy-efficient living spaces delivered with faster timelines, transparent pricing, and sustainable features.

The Sales Representative will support sales of POD / L-Space products—premium standalone backyard spaces designed for home offices, wellness rooms, creative studios, fitness areas, and flexible living spaces.

This role will manage inbound leads, explain product options, coordinate customer visits, and guide prospective customers from initial interest through the purchase decision.

Must-Haves

• At least 2 years of sales experience.


• A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to build rapport and trust with prospective customers.


• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.


• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in San Jose and support showroom, site, and customer visits.

Nice to Haves

• Sales experience in real estate, prefab housing, automotive, construction, building materials, or a related industry.


• An interest in modern architecture, sustainable living, and innovative home solutions.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound leads and qualify customer needs.


• Explain POD / L-Space products, pricing, use cases, and the installation process.


• Schedule and support showroom visits, site visits, and customer consultations.


• Maintain accurate customer information and sales progress in the CRM.


• Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to support customer conversion.


• Help customers understand the value of a private, flexible, and high-quality backyard space.


• Guide prospective customers from initial inquiry through the purchase decision.
