As a Sales Representative, you'll work in the field connecting with homeowners, assessing roofing needs, and guiding customers through our services. This position combines outdoor work, relationship building, and sales expertise in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through door-to-door prospecting and networking


• Conduct professional roof inspections and property assessments


• Assist homeowners with insurance claim processes and documentation


• Build and maintain customer relationships to develop referral networks


• Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary plus commission structure for first 90 days


• Transition to performance-based commission with high earning potential
• Six-figure income potential in year one ($150K+) - Top 5 reps consistently earn $500K+

Essential Qualifications:
