Job Description - Sales & Revenue Manager CO (Remote)

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth for the company. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Analyze market dynamics, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify revenue growth opportunities.
Determine optimal pricing structures and strategies based on market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with finance and sales teams to establish revenue targets and budgets.
Analyze customer behavior, booking patterns, and market trends to forecast demand and adjust pricing and availability strategies accordingly.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales management or a related field
Previous experience in sales centric environment
Previous e-Commerce and retail experience
At least 2 years of experience in high-end retail sales
Strong knowledge of revenue management principles
Capacity to promote and uphold the brand's vision and standards
High product knowledge
Experience/Interest in fashion, beauty or lifestyle
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop sales strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) a plus
