Job Description - Sales Solution Specialist

Love helping people? Know your way around refrigerated containers? Let’s keep cargo cold and customers happy—together.

We’re seeking a Sales Solution Specialist to support customers with cold chain solutions in the container logistics industry. You’ll be the friendly expert they turn to when things heat up.

What You’ll Do:

Provide top-notch support for reefer container issues

Help diagnose basic refrigeration problems

Coordinate service requests & follow up with clients

Bridge the gap between tech teams and customer needs

Requirements

Sales skills

Customer service experience + problem-solving mindset

Knowledge of refrigeration systems (Carrier, Thermo King, etc.)

Strong communication skills
