Your Role - As a Sales Specialist, you will drive our community's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation: Cultivate relationships with referral sources and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract potential residents.

Sales Excellence: Conduct engaging tours and presentations, guiding families through decision-making with empathy and expertise.

Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies that ensure long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek a motivated and compassionate individual who possesses:

• Proven experience and success as a Sales and Marketing in Senior Living


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with seniors and their families.


• A self-starter mentality, capable of working independently while being a team player.


• Ability to travel 100% for the time. You’ll be able to visit multiple communities, engaging with potential residents and their families across various locations. If you enjoy traveling and meeting new people, this role is perfect for you!

What we offer:

• $85,000 - $105,000 annual base salary plus a potential of up to $40,000 in bonuses and commissions.
