Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Cleveland. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and tailored solutions. Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and build lasting client relationships

• Understand client needs and provide customized marketing and event solutions

• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations

• Negotiate contracts and close sales with professionalism

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare weekly reports

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
