Working Hours: Monday to Friday


Salary Range: $45,870 - $56,210 per year


Description


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:



  • dentify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

  • Understand customer needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to optimize sales strategies.

  • Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar sales role.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
