[Job Summary]
Our client is looking for a West Hollywood Sales Specialist who has strong sales ability in selling beauty/cosmetics & health/wellness products which can attract customers and make sales plus building relationships with them for future purchases & programs with selling memberships.
This person must have great experience in closing the sales.

[Job Description]

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote our products/services, and close sales
• Utilize excellent communication skills to establish rapport and build long-lasting relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets, with an emphasis on selling memberships and subscription services
• Maintain expert knowledge of all products/services, including features and benefits, to assist customers in selecting the right solutions
• Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Represent our brand professionally and positively at all times

[Qualifications]

• Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the health/wellness or beauty/cosmetics industries
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas consistently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Persuasive, positive, and energetic with a passion for sales
• Knowledge of West Hollywood region is a plus
• Flexible schedule - must be available Monday through Friday
• Physically able to stand and actively engage with customers for duration of shift
