SUMMARY
The Sales Specialist is responsible for understanding the mindset of the Vilebrequin brand and bringing it to life each day. The Sales Specialist must provide attentive and knowledgeable assistance to ensure the highest level of customer service. This position reports to the Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Generation
Consistently achieves personal and store sales goals.
Delivers luxury clienteling to provide the best customer experience, both in-store and digitally.
Studies and communicates collection details while assisting clients.
Adheres to all corporate customer service policies.
Demonstrates effective communication with customers, coworkers, and managers.
Leads by example and positively influences others

Operations
Supports store operations including, but not limited to, processing deliveries and transfers in a timely manner, merchandising goods on the sales floor and maintaining visual standards.
Executes correct POS processes including proper cash handling and opening/closing the registers.
Adheres to all operational policies and procedures.
Safeguards company property, including key holding.
Maintains standards of cleanliness and organization.
Responsible for opening and closing the store

QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of experience in retail; previous experience in luxury retail preferred but not required.
Ability to demonstrate strong customer service and relationship building skills, both on and off the sales floor.
Win-together mentality.
Strong attention to detail.
Experienced with technology.
Ability to work 32-40 hours per week including morning, mid, evening and weekend shifts as business dictates.

Essential Physical Requirements
Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
Climbing ladders – occasionally
Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)

Overtime Status: Non-exempt
Minimum Pay Range: $17
Maximum Pay Range: $18
