We’re hiring a Sales Supervisor for a leading building supply company in Yonkers, NY. In this role, you’ll lead a team of inside and outside sales representatives, oversee day-to-day sales operations, coach your team for success, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience

• Industry experience in building materials or construction preferred

• Strong communication and team management skills

• Ability to set and achieve sales targets
