We’re hiring a Sales Supervisor to support a team of inside and outside reps for a trusted building supply company. You’ll help manage accounts, coach reps, and keep the team on track.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support sales team

• Assist with key accounts and complex deals

• Monitor performance and daily activity

• Coordinate with operations for smooth delivery

• Train and coach new hires

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years of sales experience (building materials preferred)

• Supervisory or team lead experience

• CRM proficiency

• Strong communication and organizational skills
