Sales Support Associate - Entry Level

Daily Responsibilities of the Sales Support Associates: 

• Engage with potential customers to learn their needs and preferences and educate them on our client's products and services that will best suit them 
• Work side by side with seasoned sales team members to gain hands-on experience on how to implement our sales and marketing strategies effectively 
• Facilitate both the enrollment and the installation process on behalf of the customer to ensure timely delivery of all services 
• Maintain an up-to-date record of all customer interactions 
• Participate in continued training opportunities 

Requirements for the Sales Support Associate Position: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Confident in both your verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable problem solving and thinking on your feet 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time 
• Ability to quickly and easily build rapport with customers and clients
