We’re looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who thrives in an organized, methodical environment to support our growing service team in Kent, WA.

What You’ll Do
Prepare accurate, detail-driven quotes using input from technicians and service team members
Respond to inquiries by phone and email in a direct, professional, and timely manner
Enter and track leads, quotes, and estimates in the CRM system
Prioritize tasks systematically and maintain clear, organized records
Research and compile pricing from vendors for parts and services
Help develop and maintain preventative maintenance proposals and service agreements
Collaborate with other team members while focusing on your individual deliverables
Maintain internal documentation, contracts, rate sheets, and customer records
Support long-term, recurring service projects with predictable workflows
Follow established procedures while also contributing to improvements over time

What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in sales support or service coordination (marine/power generation a plus)

Solid communication skills that are direct and professional
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar preferred
Willingness to travel up to 25% for training or project coordination
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
On-site position based in Kent, WA
Typical office setting with regular business hours
Minimal physical demands; mostly computer-based work with some phone/email coordination
