What you'll own as the Sales Support Coordinator
Provide timely and helpful support by responding to banking inquiries from both internal teams and external customers.
Review and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Proactively pull and analyze daily reports while maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
Partner closely with Account Specialists to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and documentation for review by auditors and leadership.
Create and maintain detailed process documentation to support consistency and continuous improvement.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives that drive team and business success.
Collaborate with internal customer service teams to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively
What you'll bring
Comfortable using basic office tools and eager to learn new systems and technology
Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
Provides friendly and responsive customer service, with a focus on helping others
Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Able to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed
Stays organized and keeps track of tasks to ensure work is completed on time
Handles sensitive information responsibly and with care
Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships with coworkers and customers
