Jim Shorkey Wexford Kia is in search of a Sales Support Manager to join our team! In this position, you will play a crucial role in customer communications, overall customer satisfaction, and appraising used cars when needed. Join our team, we are the #1 Kia Dealership in Pennsylvania! 

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• CRM Management: Oversee and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• CSI: Assist with overall customer satisfaction, helping to create customer loyalty.
• Used Car Appraisal: Evaluate and appraise used cars to determine their market value and ensure fair pricing for both the dealership and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the CRM system.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls
• Conduct CSI follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Appraise used cars accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts and improve overall performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.

Requirements

• Dealership experience is required
• Proven experience in CRM management and sales support.
• Strong understanding of CSI processes and customer follow-up.
• Ability to appraise used cars and determine market value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
